Lampard odds-on to stay at Chelsea

The bookmakers have reacted cautiously to the weekend reports that Frank Lampard had turned down Chelsea's offer of a new contract and could leave Stamford Bridge this summer.

"We don't think negotiations are at breaking point just yet, and the betting suggests he will still be at Stamford Bridge next season," said Coral's David Stevens.
