Sporting Index have introduced a Premiership relegation market for the 2007/08 season with 60 points to the team finishing bottom of the table, 40 to the second bottom side, 30 to the third bottom side, 20 to the fourth bottom side, 10 to the fifth bottom side, 5 to the sixth bottom side and 0 to everyone else.
Fulham only avoided the drop late on last season and Sporting Index give them a quote of 19-22 points.
If you think the Cottagers are destined for a poor season then buy at 22. If you buy at £2 a point and Lawrie Sanchez's side finish one place off the bottom of the Premiership (40 points) then you will cash in to the tune of £36 (18 points profit X your stake). If however they once again end up in 16th (fifth bottom - 10 points) you would lose £24 (12 points loss X your stake).
If you think David Healy will inspire the Londoners then sell at 19. If you buy for £2 a point and Fulham end up in 15th place (sixth bottom - 5 points) then you will profit to the tune of £28 (14 points profit X your stake). However, doing a Watford and finishing last (60 points) will cause you to lose £82 (41 points loss X your stake).
