Bookmakers bet365 have cut their odds on Martin Jol being the first Premiership manager to lose his job this season after Tuesday night's 3-1 defeat by Everton.

Spokesman Steve Freeth said: "It looks like Martin Jol could finally be winning something this season after all the money he's spent in the summer - the dreaded sack race!
