Back United to run in a few goals against dispirited Derby

Manchester United have the perfect opportunity to wipe out the bitter taste of defeat in the FA Cup with a game against hapless Derby County at Pride Park.  Even though United have a rookie goalkeeper and may well rest one or two players in view that they have three games in a week to play - the third against Liverpool - United still have way to much for a Derby team that could be relegated officially next weekend.

Bit of a tale of two goalkeepers here; Roy Carroll left United to find regular first team football and has shifted around England and Scotland in search of it; whilst Ben Foster is ready to make his emergency debut after just one reserve game. A million fixed odds coupons will be torn up if this is anything other than an away win.

Spread Betting
Concentrate on how many goals and by whom - but with the United team likely to have players rested it is not certain who will start up front, so the overall goals market looks good value.

Man Utd Team Goals sell 2.70, buy 2.90
A buy profitable on three or more United goals, a sell is profitable with 2 or less.

Example: 20pts buy Man Utd Team Goals at 2.9
No goals: You lose 58pts
1 goal: You lose 38pts
2 goals: You lose 18pts
3 goals: You win 2pts
4 goals: You win 22pts
5 goals: You win 42pts
6 goals: You win 62pts
and so on
