Squarefootball's Fantasy football invitation

Bookmark and Share

There is less than two weeks to go until the start of the 2011/12 Premier League season and time is running out for you to enter the Squarefootball fantasy football competition.

Last season more than 100 teams competed for the Squarefootball title, which was won by P Oxenby and his team FC Poxo. He finished the season with 2,165 points, nine clear of his nearest challenger. The league itself was ranked 428 out of 223,497. Not bad, not bad at all. But this season we want to be even better. We already have more than 50 players in the league, but, just like that greedy little brat Oliver, we want more.

So do you think you could give the Professor Arsene Wenger a run for his money at the Emirates, topple Sir Alex Ferguson from the top of the table or spend your money wiser than Manchester City’s Roberto Mancini, then we’d love to hear from you.

There are no prizes on offer from us personally – we can’t afford it – but there are prizes to be won from the official hosing company, plus you’ll have the satisfaction of beating our motley crew at the one thing we adore. And, the best part of it all, it’s absolutely free to enter.

So what are you waiting for? Register your details at pick your team, which can be changed numerous times up until the season kicks off on August 13, and enter the battle to win the Squarefootball Title. You will need to go to the league tab across the top, click join league and enter the following code:

Players who took part in last year’s competition should be eligible to enter the league as soon as they confirm their details. The league will be slammed shut to new players on September 1.

So, as Deliah Smith once famously screeched, where are you? Let’s be ‘avin’ you. Come on!

Let battle commence.
