Reading v Liverpool: Reds tipped to rule over the Royals

Bookmark and Share

Liverpool failed to beat West Ham United last weekend at Anfield but surely they will have no trouble beating all-but relegated Reading, will they?

On a weekend that will be full of emotion for the Liverpool fans on the anniversary of the Hillsborough disaster, they will expect to see Brendan Rodgers' men return with all three points this afternoon.

This will be only the sixth league meeting between the two sides and Liverpool have emerged as top dogs in four of those games. Reading's only win came at home in 2007 when they ran out 3-1 winners. Nigel Adkins would love a bit of that!

The visitors are now three points behind Everton, having played a game more, but they will want to finish as high up the league as possible. This should be an easy three points for the visitors.

Reading v Liverpool; Kick Off 3pm April 13 2013
