1. Introduction

This policy covers the Squarefootball’s [hereinafter 'the site'] use of personal information that the site collects when you use squarefootball.net. The policy also gives you information about cookies; the site and third parties' use of cookies. Your own personal policy on cookies - whether the accept or reject them is your decision. 4. Use and storage of your personal information

When you supply any personal information to Squarefootball (e.g. for competitions, feedback) we do not use that information for any other purpose except to respond to your request. If you do not wish to leave any details with us you are at liberty to use a false name and no contact details, obviously this may make sending you competition prizes difficult.

5. Access to your personal information

You have the right to request a copy of the personal information that Squarefootball holds about you and to have any inaccuracies corrected. (We charge £10 for information requests.) Please use a feedback form leaving your postal address and the email address(es) that you have used at the site and we will be in contact to tell you where to send the fee and what we will provide you with.

6. Users 16 and under

If you are aged 16 or under, please get your parent/guardian's permission beforehand whenever you provide personal information to Squarefootball's website. Users without this consent are not allowed to provide us with personal information.
