Swansea City v Fulham: Will there be a goalfest at the Liberty?

Bookmark and Share

Capital One Cup winners Swansea City end the season with a home game against a brittle Fulham side and the Swans could go goal crazy, just like they did at Wembley in February.

The Swans have never lost a Premier League game against Fulham and they start the day as strong favourites.

Fulham have lost six of their last seven outings and there are real fears over the future of Martin Jol at the Cottage. With Villa playing Wigan and Sunderland taking on Spurs, there's every chance that Fulham could end the season in 17th place. That's simply not good enough for an established Premier League side with the likes of Berbatov, Ruiz and Hangeland to call on.

Swansea haven't won at home since sending Newcastle packing immediately after their cup win. I think they will rewrite that statistic this afternoon.
