Predict the Premier League - Experts: Can Wolves or Portsmouth beat the boss to the title?

Bookmark and Share

The Premier League season comes to an end this weekend and Squarefootball editor Antony Melvin already has one hand on our coveted Predict the Premier League trophy. Mr Melvin has been the man to catch all season and goes into the weekend a whopping 18 points clear of his nearest rival, Wolves fan Chris Cox.

With our Experts averaging around 13 points a weekend, Mr Cox and Portsmouth's Mr Rendle - who is only a point behind Mr Cox - will need to achieve a record-breaking score to pip Mr Melvin this season.

At the opposite end it is really hotting up, with only four points separating Portsmouth's Dan Taylor, in third bottom, with Aberdeen's Colin Illingworth, who is just two places above the drop zone.

Mr Illingworth and West Ham's Nigel Telfer could both go down while Sunderland's Sue Gardener and Portsmouth's Dan Taylor could still save their Premier League bacon.

Here is how the table stands going into the final weekend.
